Prior to following in his father's footsteps 17 years ago, Doug was a District Manager for an International Restaurant Chain leading over 500 employees and 17 restaurants in the Central Florida area.

His wife, Ginger, was a Florida Registered Paralegal in Family and Marital Law for over 10 years. She earned her real estate license in 2014 and signed on as Doug's transaction coordinator.
